Routine Caffeine is a three-piece band based in Louisville, Kentucky. 

They recently released a song titled “porcelain doll” in August of 2026, which is the second single from their upcoming project. Various Small Flames said the track “exists within the push and pull between the past and the present, its insistent rhythm softened by an almost ethereal air, all while a sense of tension simmers beneath the surface.” Obscure Sound said the song expands into “a delectably unsettling second half, complete with late-night keys, post-punk rhythmic maneuvers, and an intensifying bass-y finale.”

They released their Ep "Weeds Under Concrete Stones in 2024. WfpK said the Ep is “a five song adventure into the dreamy pop world that melodically and rhythmically rolls you right along from start to finish. The production is excellent too, clean and clear and serves the lyrics as well as the instrumentation.” 

UpToHear said their 2023 single, "In The End Now," is a "mesmerizingly beautiful dream pop track." And Various Small Flames said the single "offers a glimpse at the band's penchant for rich, bittersweet soundscapes."
